Thank you for dropping by and taking a look at our pages. In case you happened here by chance, let us introduce ourselves. We are Ian and Stephen, who in early 2015 decided they would set out for fresh fields (or campi freschi), put their house up for sale and set about moving to Italy - Le Marche to be precise, and Monte San Pietrangeli to be even more specific.
So why there? Well, not because we opened up an atlas and made a random stab with a pin. There are reasons for choosing this location, other than sun, sea and Limoncello - especially as that's from the wrong coast.
The main reason, though, is that Stephen has worked there for a large part of each year so we know what we are letting ourselves in for...more fool us.
